LEGALS ONLY PACKAGE

THE INS & OUTS

First up, let's discuss what's involved in a legals only marriage and wedding ceremony. In preparation for step 2 we need a minimum of one calendar month's notice to get you married, unless a shortening of time is permissible. Once I receive your booking fee, I'll send you the Notice of Intended Marriage and further instructions to get it completed.

THE ADMIN

Once the Notice of Intended Marriage is complete (the NOIM) I will get you to send it to me with qualifying ID documents. I will also arrange a video call to check these alongside all the details for the wedding so we all know what to expect on the day.

TICKING THE BOXES

In preparation for the ceremony, I'll ask you to provide me with the legal names of the two witnesses who will sign the documents on the day. I will also ask you to double-check all the marriage documents are accurate before we come to sign them on the day.

MAKING IT LEGIT

I'll be at the venue 20 mins prior to  the time you've agreed! Bring along your two witnesses, or at least two people over 18. After we've said the legal "I dos" you, your witnesses and I will sign the marriage certificates and any other legals documents required to make it official.

THE FOLLOW UP

I'll send off your legal docs to Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) in the state you got married and keep you posted on the progress. We might share a few happy snaps, and reminisce about the big day.

JUST FRIENDS

Once I hear from BDM that everything has gone through and you are more than Facebook official, we're cool to step it back a notch and just stay friends. Send me a postcard from your honeymoon, share snaps of your babies and fur babies - it will save me stalking you.
